  • We've enhanced the entire workflow for creating, editing, publishing, and sharing employee video content, including tracking and analytics.

  • The workflow now features an update to advocacy for written or video content social sharing, enabling tracking of content sharing in both employee and admin portals, providing visibility into the content shared by employees.

These updates enhance social sharing capabilities and provide valuable insights for monitoring and measuring advocacy efforts.

  • Enabled direct sharing of video hosting link, with preview available for using in LinkedIn IM, email, Slack, or LinkedIn posts. Additionally, the shared short link is also trackable since the previous build. This empowers users to seamlessly distribute their video content across LinkedIn and other social/ communication platforms.
In the Library, you can now use the "Copy Video Link" feature to easily obtain the short link for final or approved content and paste to any channel. We will also look to incorporate custom subdomain options in future releases.

  • Videos saved from the studio using 'Save to Story' option, will now be instantly pulled into the approval workflow in any revisions.
  • Widget update to optimise the pop up widget window so they are less overwhelming, also ability to control the visibility of either or both blog and video content.
  • Studio enhancement: a responsive timeline with a clickable cursor for precise editing, non-English subtitle translation, customizable text backgrounds, and the ability to resize images without cutoff.

  • We have added transcription capability to all video content uploaded to our platform, including Story Hub videos for approval. Our auto-detect system automatically transcribes content in the correct language for each speaker.
Video content is ready to share as soon as they are approved. However to share a written story, it must be published first as content is not hosted on the platform.

  • We've added support for a new company/multi-contributor blog format that quickly and easily transforms employee responses into well-structured and ready-to-publish blog article in Q&A format.

  • We've introduced our new Topic Generation feature in the Story Builder. This update is built upon our AI innovation stack, making our question and prompt generation even more cohesive and powerful than before. You also get the benefit of SEO-optimised headlines that are aligned with brand values.
  • We've added the newest update to AI Social Copy which allows you to easily generate content from a third-person perspective. Now when you invite advocates to share content from its original author, you can be sure that the copy generated is both appropriate and engaging.
  • You can now sync exported videos from Studio to Story Hub and move forward with approval workflow. This will allow you to send videos for approval and make revisions on the platform without leaving the story. Once your revision is ready, simply send it for approval the same way you did when you initially sent it.

  • Move the generation of thumbnails on the timeline more efficient without affecting the export.
  • The timeline now automatically shifts up if the primary line is empty.

  • Studio - the timeline now interacts with click to move the cursor rather than dragging to move the cursor.
  • Studio - improved Split / Cut function on the interface.
  • Video file names are displayed correctly when adding multiple videos, along with some colour updates on the timeline to address visibilities.
  • Studio - corrected the proportion of the logo sizing on the template to adaptive to screen resolution.
  • Fixed thumbnail generation error when there are multiple videos in the timeline.
  • Fixed issue with user session language that prevents the video story displaying in the App.
  • Fixed occasional music track exception that was occurring when adding music to the timeline.

  • Added the ability to adjust background music volume while playing main video in the Creative Studio.
Click on any music on the timeline will now display a yellow border with the music control panel to adjust the volume.
  • Added a short code feature for both pop-up and embedded widgets. Embedded widgets can now show 1-3 stories randomly matched with tags for the pages.
  • Improved Export performance of Studio - export multiple videos and subtitles at the same time without increasing the waiting time. The subtitles will be correctly displayed with the video once they have been generated.
  • Improved preciseness of splitting videos and exporting multiple videos, as well as reducing the gap between videos.

  • Introduce Augmented Jobs v1, a new feature on our platform that enables users to create better job adverts and descriptions from multiple sources. Whether you choose to import from an existing job posting link, upload a document to optimize, or start from scratch, all will incorporate your brand guidelines to produce high-quality content.
  • We have restructured the navigation of our home screen to better align with the content marketing lifecycle and our suite of content experience offerings.
  • Added a new default email template for inviting employees to share content.
  • Added the ability to turn on and off Single Sign-On (SSO) settings after being configured. This will disable the magic link redirection to SSO login, and restore the default behaviour to sign up with email and password.
  • Fixed an issue when adding multiple tags to content in the Library.
  • Fixed an issue where the company name was not correctly filled into the tag of emails sent for bulk invites.

  • Fixed an issue where existing advocates that were transitioned to recruiters were being landed on the Admin team settings tab.
  • Updated display of Advocate Interests to preserve manually entered data when displaying Employee Advocacy Score.

  • We have improved the quality of medium to long form articles, reduced response time for augmented writing, and fixed duplicates in the content generation. Additionally, we've made it less likely for the server to timeout for long form content conversion.
  • Implemented real-time monitoring of the model performance in production to identify issues more quickly.
  • Fixed issue with duplicated headlines and content in AI generation.

  • Added an upload video option, allowing users to upload videos to the platform.
  • Added a feature that allows users to save a backup of the uploaded video to their local device.
  • We updated the online conversion widget to make the CTA buttons consistent with the theme color, aligned the play icon, and added the ability to customise brand colours separately for different components. We also added a redirect button for blog stories, which links to the external published link when pressed.

  • We've added 'a little' teleprompter feature to the mobile app. Advocates can now easily manage their script directly within the app, eliminating the need to prepare a separate note to put next to the phone to read it. This works for both landscape and portrait shooting.

Excited to announce the pre-release of our People Intelligence Solution, which can provide powerful insights into employee advocacy on an enterprise-scale with our 'dynamic' advocacy scoring and recommendation algorithm, leveraging and learning from both first and third-party data.
